Holding deposit for studios and one-bedroom is $700 in cashier check. $450 is refundable and the other $300 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease. The non-refundable portion of the deposit is for carpet cleaning/floor protection and administration fees.

Holding deposit for two-bedrooms and furnished apartments is $800 in cashier check. $450 is refundable and $350 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.
